bedhol desa tu kayk KKN kalo di orang-orang kuliah. haha. semi holiday juga sih. rncananya siih di Sumberpucung – Kepanjen . kayknya bakalan asiik sih. soalnya ada waduknya di situ – MESKIPUN – di peraturan uda tertera nggak bole maen-maen di waduk .*gila ya?masa mancing aje ngga bole!* tapi sayang sekali saya tidak akan penuh 3 hari di situ*seperti waktu yang ditentukan*. karena apa ?

nah ini dia maaasalaahnya. tanggal 15, saya harus suda di malang untuk melakukan berbagai hal yang sebenarnya waktunya numpuk-numpuk! OMFG saya harus apa ?

Poem . hahahaha .

saya berusaha menulis sebuah puisi berbahasa Inggris . it’s a love poem . bukan maksud apa-apa,lho. tapi memang tiba tiba saja ada bola lampu di atas kepala (hahahaha. mengutip kata-kata *bu Nita*, salah satu guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMAN3 Malang.

jangan tertawa membaca ini , jangan dilihat dari *roman-nya*, karena menurut saya ini adalah super gombal . tapi lihatlah dari keindahan pasangan kata-katanya . (hahaha.indah ? gilak lo ye*)

boleh dikutip untuk diberikan cewek / cowoknya *tinggal ganti her-him aje*. dan satu lagi PERHATIAN , saya menulis puisi ini TIDAK MEMBAYANGKAN cowok manapun. saya jomblo dan saya sedang tidak atau tidak sedang admiring anyone .

selain itu , saya membuatnya di dalam keadaan NON IN LOVE – di kelas GO – hari ini – hari yang sangat panas tidak karuan dan digosipkan akan mencapai 40 derajat celcius – dan jangan berpikir puisi ini adalah sebuah hal yang serius . hahahahahahaa .

Why is it called ring ? Because it rings her brain thinking of you .

Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and disc jockey Adam Goldstein remained in critical condition Sunday after a fiery crash that killed four people when their Learjet skidded off a runway in South Carolina.

The four who died were from Southern California, including the plane’s two pilots, who thought a tire had blown out just before the crash.

ceritanya niih ya . si McFly uda punya album baru. namnya Radioactive !!!

*masiih sama sperti album-album sebelumnya , lagu-lagu McFly bisa disukain ama semua kalangan ! lagu favoritku tu ada tiga . Do-Ya , Smile , ama POV . di lagu Do-Ya McFly mengeluarkan keahliannya , yaitu musik yang keren dan sahutan-sahutan suara 1,2,3,4 atau berapalah yang bisa bwad tmbah asiik tuh lagu.

Klo di lagu POV, aku suka banget soalnya lagunya menyentuh sangat, keliatan yang mana klimaks nya, dinamikanya ketata . liriknya apalagiii ! menyentuh abis, apalagi bwat yang habis putus gitu … ^^

how to get over a broken heart ? *tips!*

• Share your feelings. Some people find that sharing their feelings with someone they trust – someone who recognizes what they’re going through – helps them feel better. That could mean talking over all the things you feel, even having a good cry on the shoulder of a comforting friend or family member.

• Remember what’s good about you. This one is really important. Sometimes people with broken hearts start to blame themselves for what’s happened. They may be really down on themselves, exaggerating [melebih-lebihkan] their faults as though they did something to deserve the unhappiness they’re experiencing. If you find this happening to you, nip it in the bud! Remind yourself of your good qualities, and if you can’t think of them because your broken heart is clouding your view, get your friends to remind you.

• Take good care of yourself. A broken heart can be very stressful so don’t let the rest of your body get broken too. Get lots of sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly to minimize stress and depression and give your self-esteem a boost.

• Don’t be afraid to cry. Going through a break-up can be really tough, and getting some of those raw emotions out can be a big help. We know this is another tough one for guys, but there’s no shame in crying now and then. No one has to see you do it – you don’t have to start blubbering in class or at soccer practice or anything. Just a find a place where you can be alone, like crying into your pillow at night or in the shower when you’re getting ready for the day.

• Do the things you normally enjoy. Whether it’s seeing a movie or going to a concert, do something fun to take your mind off the negative feelings for a while.

• Keep yourself busy. Sometimes this is difficult when you’re coping with sadness and grief, but it really helps. This is a great time to redecorate your room or try a new hobby. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t think about what happened – working things through in our minds is all part of the healing process – it just means you should focus on other things too. (this one really works for me !!!!)

• Give yourself time. It takes time for sadness to go away. Almost everyone thinks they won’t feel normal again, but the human spirit is amazing – and the heartbreak almost always heals after a while.
